Description of the house

Beautifully located cabin in Småland completed in the autumn of 2011, everything is modern but in the old style. The house is part of a larger courtyard. It is part of a large yard, but you have your own part of the yard. Park area outside the door and towards the lake. Horses are strolling in the pastures. Old forest and birch forest in the area. Mountains in one direction, walking paths, 50 meters to the lake, 70 meters to a private secluded beach.

The lake is suitable for both swimming and fishing (fishing license required). There is also a rowing boat and a canoe that you can use. Three meters from the lake there is a sauna that you have access to. Bicycles are included in the price. There is an outdoor sound system.

The house is powered by solar cells and geothermal heat so that we can be environmentally friendly, green, eco and sustainable.
